BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Buffalo Police Homicide Detectives are investigating an early morning double shooting on the city's west side.
Police were called to the 200 block of Niagara Street near Georgia Street around 3:45 a.m. Friday morning in the parking lot of a gas station.
Detectives believe one individual was inside a vehicle with a second standing outside when the suspect walked-up and opened fire.
Two male victims were struck in the upper body and taken to ECMC. One victim, 21, has died and a second, 29, is in critical condition.
The victims from this morning's shooting in the 200 block of Niagara St. are 21 year old Justin Boykin of Buffalo who died earlier today after being shot in the upper body area. 29 year old Aaron Adams of Buffalo remains in critical condition at ECMC. Both were shot at around 3:45am while in the parking lot of a gas station. Both were shot
in the upper body area and both were taken to ECMC. Homicide Detectives believe the suspect walked up on the two and began shooting.
Detectives believe Boykin was sitting in a vehicle and Adams was standing outside when the incident occurred.
