Person Arrested for Driving 102 mph while Intoxicated!

Buffalo, NY (WKBW)

The New York State Police in Zone II, in cooperation with the Erie County Sheriff's Department, made the following DWI arrests Saturday night and Sunday morning while conducting a Sobriety Checkpoint and DWI Saturation patrol:

KEITH A. NADOLNY (age 32) of Hamburg, was stopped for speeding (102 mph in 65 mph zone) on ST-219, in the Town of Boston. His reportable BAC was 0.15% and is to return to the Town of Boston court.

ELIZABETH BONADIONNA (age 22) of Lancaster, on Broadway in the Village of Alden. Her reportable BAC was 0.09% and is to return to the Village of Alden court on July 21.

JOSEPH LOVULLO II of North Tonawanda, on Broadway in the Village of Alden.

JEFFREY STACK (age 21) of Buffalo, on Broadway in the Village of Alden.

CAMERON M. BYRNES (age 23) of South Wales, NY was stopped on ST-77 in the Town of Sheldon for having no plate lamps. His reportable BAC was 0.17% and is to return to the Town of Sheldon court.

KYLIE J. DOUGLAS (age 30) of Chrystal Beach, Ontario, on Broadway in the Village of Alden. Her reportable BAC was 0.08% and she is to return to the Village of Alden court on July 11.

DENNIS FERDINAND (age 50) of Alden, on Broadway in the Village of Alden. His reportable BAC was 0.13% and he is to return to the Village of Alden court on July 11.

Fredonia Troopers arrested Chad A. Halas, 38, of Fredonia on June 26th for Driving While Intoxicated on Prospect Street in the Village of Fredonia. Halas was found parked in a Handicapped parking spot with his truck running and asleep at the wheel. After failing field sobriety tests he was arrested and brought to the Fredonia Barracks where his BAC was found to be .16%. He was issued tickets for the Village of Fredonia court on July 20th at 9:00am.

On June 26th, 2011, Trooper JAMIE LEARY arrested DAVID SWART, 52, of Jamestown, for Driving While Intoxicated. SWART was pulled over on Salisbury Road in the Town of Gerry for a traffic violation, and after failing several field sobriety tests, SWART was placed under arrest. SWART was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16. SWART was then processed, issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Gerry Court, and turned over to a sober individual.

Troopers arrested Cory Duck, 20, of South Dayton for Driving While Intoxicated after he crashed his motorcycle on Maple Street in the Village of South Dayton early Saturday morning. He suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at Brooks Hospital in Dunkirk. Duck was additionally ticketed for unsafe speed, unregistered and uninsured vehicle to appear in South Dayton court in July.
