COLD SPRING, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Cold Spring man was arrested Friday evening for failing to yield to a police officer following a domestic dispute.

Cattaraugus County Sheriffs say 18-year-old Devin Frisicaro was arrested Friday on charges of criminal mischief, unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, unlicensed driver, switched plates, and numerous other vehicle and traffic charges.

Sheriffs tell Eyewitness News the charges stem from a domestic dispute in which Frisicaro damaged someone else's property. Deputies were alerted he fled the scene in an unregistered pick-up truck.

When sheriffs located Frisicaro, they tried to stop him, but he failed to yield to deputies and led them through a hay field. He was eventually taken into custody.

Frisicaro was arraigned in Town of Napoli Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail
