Buffalo Police said Thursday they have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with Wednesday night's fatal shooting on Briscoe Avenue.
According to police, Wayne P. Vance was arrested and charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Weapon and Resisting Arrest in connection with shooting death of 30-year-old Frederick Gelsey Jr.
