(WKBW release) Buffalo police made four arrests on illegal narcotics charges, in a morning raid on Armbruster Street.
Narcotics Squad detectives led by Lieutenants Michael Flowers and Paul R. Delano Jr. executed a search warrant at 86 Armbruster, in the rear, and found a rock of crack cocaine along with drug paraphernalia including glass "crack" pipes.
Arrested and charged with counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics paraphernalia are: Joseph Anderson, 47 of that address, Tania Harzynski, 53 also listing that address, James Campagna, 46 of Longnecker Street, and Kenneth Brown, 49 of St. Louis Street, Buffalo.
