ATTICA, NY (WKBW/Release) - Zachary A. Pope, 46, of Attica was pulled over by Attica police on September 19th, at 9:37 P.M.
Pope's vehicle was stopped for failed to keep right and moved from lane unsafely. After field sobriety testing and visual observation he was placed under arrest.
Pope was charged with Felony Aggravated DWI for having a child in the car.
Pope was arraigned in Attica Village court and was committed to the Wyoming County Jail.
