At least 20 people are injured after a stabbing spree inside a high school near Pittsburgh Wednesday morning.
According to ABC News, the stabbing occurred at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pa., at the start of the school day.
A spokesperson for the Westmoreland County emergency management says no fatalities were reported.
At least four people were left with serious injuries and were flown to area hospitals for treatment.
Officials say the stabbing suspect is in custody.
His/her identity has yet to be released.
