(WKBW release) Amherst Police said a 20-year-old Amherst man was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of Second Degree Rape for alleged improper conduct with a 14-year-old girl, and one count of Sexual Misconduct allegedly involving a 15-year-old girl.
Benjamin Fox-Ando was arraigned in Amherst Town Court in front of Judge Geoffrey Klein.
