BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - The families of those killed in the crash of Flight 3407 closed another chapter in their long fight for justice.
More than five years after the Continental Connections airliner went down in Clarence Center, the final federal civil lawsuit was settled and approved by Judge William Skretny.
The wrongful death lawsuit was filed by Ping Wang of Amherst after she lost her husband "Larry" Zhaofang Guo in the Feb. 12, 2009 incident.
The details of the settlement are not being released.
There are still three lawsuits in state court that have yet to be resolved.
