Work is underway at Canalside in Buffalo to get ready for the busy winter season.
Crews began preparing the ice by cleaning up the surface this week. It is the largest ice surface in the state.
New logos are being laid down including the original center ice logo from the Memorial Auditorium.
More seats from the Aud are also being added to the lower level at the rinks.
The ice is expected to be ready next Friday, Novemebr 24th.
The annual Tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for December 1st.
