Gov. Paterson's Plan to Promote Job Growth

ALBANY, N.Y. - Governor Paterson says government and
business leaders in New York need to work together to make sure
research innovations spur job growth that remains in-state instead
of being exported elsewhere. During a speech yesterday to a
business group in Syracuse, Paterson said an improved
public-private partnership has the potential to reverse job losses
that have driven families out of the state and hampered upstate New
York's economic growth.
