Cirque Du Soleil, the Ringling Brothers, the Wallendas...you've probably seen circus arts before, but have you every thought about trying for yourself?

The Bird's Nest in Buffalo's Larkin District is a safe space, open to any person of any age or ability to try circus arts like acroyoga, hand-balancing, pole dancing, lyra (a hanging hoop), silks, trapeze or even fire dancing!

There are single drop in classes or a series of classes available, which you can find here. The studio space has instructors for every activity and lots of padding on the floors and crash pads for beginners!

The goal of the Bird's Nest is to give anyone who's interested a comfortable, welcoming opportunity to find their own strength and skill.

"Every person here started with the most basic of skills, so you just need to jump outside your comfort zone," says Ben Madoff, owner of the Bird's Nest.

Instructors guide peopleto find their strength and hone their talents into something that may seem unattainable.
