Buffalo City Mission has launched a new program: "Mission Possible: Food Drive School Challenge."
Schools from pre-K through college in Western New York will take part in a 12-week challenge, as the mission aims to help end hunger.
City Mission says, with 30.7 percent of those living below the poverty line in Buffalo, the need to help end hunger is crucial.
Students will also be uplifted throughout the Mission Possible program about the importance of continuing school and securing a strong career path.
