Buffalo Police responded to a call at 8:30 p.m. in the first block of Kail Street Saturday night.
Investigators say a 4-year-old boy ran out between parked vehicles, and was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound on Kail.
He was taken to Women & Children's Hospital with with injuries that appear non-life threatening, officials say.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
