Loved ones remember four year-old boy hit by car

A four-year-old boy was killed after he was hit by a car on Buffalo's east side.

A four-year-old boy has died after being struck by a vehicle on Sycamore Street and Fillmore Avenue Tuesday night just before 7:30 p.m.

Investigators say the child, who family members have identified as Tasfiq Tofa, ran out into the street in front of a vehicle. He was taken to Women and Children's Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The driver of the vehicle, a 22 year-old man, has not been charged.
