Grand Island Fire Company responded to a three car accident Saturday morning that sent one person to the hospital.
The fire company says the accident happened in the northbound lane of the I-190 at the Whitehaven Road interchange after a "chain reaction" sent one car into a guardrail.
Fire Chief Mat Osinski says Taylor Wolf, 21, of Niagara Falls was evaluated by GIFC EMTs for upper body trauma and was taken to Kenmore Mercy Hospital for follow up treatment.
The other two drivers did not have serious injuries.
