Home security video appears to show a cable worker urinating in a customer's flower garden while on a service call in East Amherst.
The customer was inside the home at the time.
According to the customer's boyfriend, the worker was there to run cable lines and install a cable box but had the wrong box and could not finish the job.
The couple says they contacted Spectrum Cable 48 hours ago to make the company aware of the incident and didn't get a response until after 7 Eyewitness News reached out to Spectrum for comment.
"We're appalled by the behavior of this contract technician, and we have been in direct contact with the customer to apologize and complete the work at her home today," Spectrum said in a statement. "The technician is no longer performing work for us."
