Weather is to blame for a train crash, late Sunday night, in Dunkirk.
Police say snow caused a car to get stuck on the tracks, on Route 60, causing the oncoming train to hit the car.
Police say the driver made it out safely.
Route 60 was closed briefly, but has re-opened.
