The Basil family of Dealerships is expanding at three locations.
Basil Toyota is investing nearly $5 million in the former Gambino Ford property. That should create more than 24 new permanent jobs. Joe Basil Chevrolet has doubled its sales volume, leading to a $2 million renovation at that facility. Basil Resale Delaware is building a new showroom, which should lead to 30 new jobs. Basil officials say, at a time when other businesses are downsizing and laying off, the Basil Family of Dealerships is investing nearly $10 million in Western New York and creating over 70 new jobs.

More new jobs are "bouncing" into Buffalo as Sky Zone Sports is preparing to open. It's an indoor trampoline park and playing field that combines fitness, sports and fun. Sky Zone is already open in several U.S. cities. Sky Zone Sports of Buffalo will hold an open house and job fair to fill 40-50 jobs from cashiers to court monitors. The job fair is slated for Saturday, October 8th from 9am to noon at 425 Cayuga road, in Cheektowaga.
