With several renovations planned during its summer off-season, HoliMont Ski Resort is working with the County of Cattaraugus Industrial Development Agency on an incentive package that will help finance the project.
The county's IDA directors, when they meet on July 24, are expected to consider the incentives that will help underwrite the series of renovations. Collectively, the project is estimated to cost $678,000.
Among the renovations: New groomers and flex tillers for its hills and a fleet of snowmobiles.
Also planned are water line improvements, the construction of two storage buildings totaling 7,280-square-feet.
HoliMont traditionally uses the summer months to make upgrades to its resort and surrounding campus.
