Alcott HR, which has offices in Williamsville, will begin offering its human resources business to companies in Europe.
Alcott serves small, growing and middle class businesses as a complete HR outsourcing resource for employee-related services including payroll administration, employee benefits design and administration, tax administration and regulatory compliance, according to the news release. Alcott has 12 employees in Williamsville and 45 overall. The new initiative will not involve adding new employees or broad changes to the company's offices.
Alcott already serves companies from Canada and Latin America - it will now provide service to European companies looking to expand in the U.S. and vice versa, according to the news release. It will be able to assist companies in areas such as recruitment, employment, human resources management and administration, insurance and benefits, payroll administration, on-boarding services and compliance and permits. Alcott will also offer M&A advisory services in Europe.
