Carl Paladino's Ellicott Development is buying the property that is now home to Stereo Advantage. A report in today's Business First show show the deal could change the landscape of Main Street in Williamsville, which is one of the region's strongest retail and business thoroughfares. A new use for the property has not been announced. Paladino says he is considering a number of possibilities for the property. The report says Stereo Advantage will move to the nearby Walker Center complex. Paladino tells Business First that the deal isn't expected to close until after the first of the year. The price was not disclosed.

Home health care company Willcare expects to double in size within three years. A report in today's Business First says the company's revenues could top $150 million, and employment could top 4,000, by the time the expansion is complete. Earlier this month, Willcare made a small acquisition in Niagara County. Company officials say up to four more major deals are under consideration that would lead to expansions outside New York State.
