You'll soon have more places to buy Slurpees and Big Gulps. Wilson Farms stores are changing over to 7-Elevens. Earlier this year, Business First was first to report that 7-Eleven was buying the Wilson Farms chain. A report in today's Business First shows how the first wave of conversions has begun. Nine Wilson Farms will change to 7-Elevens by the end of this year and 10 more 7-Eleven stores will be renovated. There are 188 Wilson Farms in the chain.
The report says 7-Eleven will use Wilson Farms offices in Amherst for its regional headquarters. The report says many local companies that supplied to Wilson Farms will keep their deals.

New Era Cap Co. designers and marketers are busy preparing the new NFL line that will debut next year, when the Reebok-NFL deal ends. Then New Era will have exclusive rights for on-field headwear for the NFL. New Era officials say the NFL sidelines will look much different. Many of the new designs are still under wraps, but two photos are in today's Business First.
