We all know that a taste can lead to a larger portion and that's what area restaurants are hoping for... a whole plateful of business after this year's Taste of Buffalo. Participating restaurants say the taste helps them get their name out and drive new customers in their doors. This weekend, more than 50 restaurants and six wineries will showcase themselves to an estimated 450,000 people who come to Buffalo from across WNY and beyond. The Taste of Buffalo has an estimated economic impact topping $5 million.
