Help is available for people looking to start their own business. This Saturday will mark the 14th annual Straight Talk seminar. The event is aimed at entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to start or expand their businesses. Frank Sciortino from the SBA started the event 14 years ago, when 50 people showed up for Straight Talk. Last year he says the event drew more than 500 and it is proving to be successful.

Straight Talk will be held Saturday at the Buffalo Convention Center. If you pre-register, it is $15 to attend or else it is $20 at the door. You can call 551-4301 to sign up. Or email pamela.andolina@sba.gov. You can also get more information at sba.gov.
