Southtowns businesses are teaming up to welcome a newcomer. Seasons Spa and Corto's Salon merged two Hamburg locations into one brand new facility on Buffalo Street in the Village of Hamburg. Seaons teamed up with other village businesses.. for a grand opening. Officials say Hamburg village businesses, have built a positive reputation for working together. Seasons is full service. The company has three locations across WNY.

A report in this week's Business First says the Buffalo Zoo is ready to boost attendance with its newest exhibit. Delta Sonic Heritage Farm is set to debut next year. An Erie Canal theme will teach children about life in the 1800s. It will cost $1.7 million. Erie County donated $1 million. The exhibit will include a barn from Wheatfield that dates back to the 1850's.

Canada is seeking a re-bid on its Maid of the Mist deal after some complaints. Business First says Ripley Entertainment and an Atlanta company have both expressed interest in running a tour boat operation. A decision is expected this winter. It will not affect U.S. operations. That deal runs through 2042.
