Cleveland will soon get a taste of Buffalo's Chocolate Bar. The Chocolate Bar on Chippewa is expanding to Cleveland, Ohio. The company just sold its first franchise rights and plans to open in Cleveland by early November. The Chocolate Bar opened in Buffalo in 2005.
