Rosina Food Products helped craft more than 90 dishes that will be offered at Oregano's Cucina di Pasta, a made-to-order pasta station at the University at Buffalo's new, $12 million Crossroads Culinary Center.

Rosina is headquartered in Buffalo and operates two production facilities, one in West Seneca and another in Cheektowaga. Its products are sold internationally. The company worked with Jeff Brady, UB's executive director of campus dining and shops, and took a lead role in the development and executive of Oregano's.

The eatery features eight dining stations and one dessert station.
