BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Uniland Development purchased the Delaware Court Building on the corner of Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street.
Business First reports Uniland paid nearly $3 million dollars for the property.
The deal is that latest in a series of significant downtown development projects announced including the Webster Block and the Tishman Building.
