BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) - It is an ambitious project but a local developer is set to renovate the former Trico Building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.

The Krog Corporation announced a $50 million project that when complete will include two hotels, apartments, commercial and retail space, as well as indoor parking garage.

The renovation of the 600,000 square-foot building was announced by Mayor Byron Brown in his State of the City address. It's expected the project will be complete by the spring of 2016.
