Business First is out with "2013 Power 200," a look at the most influential WNYers, determined by Business First researchers. Researchers ranked Paladino number one. He is often outspoken on many WNY issues. And when he talks, people listen. He took on the NYS Thruway Authority and had a pair of toll booths removed. Now Paladino says he is considering a run for the Buffalo School Board. You can read more about his influence, and about the other 199 influential WNYers, in today's Business First.
