New York State Health Department officials have okayed four health-care projects of local interest.

Two have received contingent approvals through administrative review:

• Universal Primary Care Centers has been approved to move its main clinic in Olean from Olean General Hospital at 500 Main St. to 135 N. Union St., expanding the clinic by a third.

Another two projects have received final approvals after meeting contingencies:

• WNY Medical Management LLC has completed work on its ambulatory surgery center at 700 Michigan Ave. in Buffalo.

• The Chautauqua Center in Jamestown received final approval to open a federally qualified health center on Central Avenue in Dunkirk.
