This week's Business First takes a look at healthcare and finds there is no shortage of confusion with Obamacare. It shows how doctors, employees and patients are confused over changes coming with the Affordable Care Act. Even doctors who have insurance, provide insurance for employees and who accept insurance from patients, are in the dark.

But expect to see more educational opportunities. More than half a dozen workshops and seminars are offered to business leaders and the public this month to prepare for Obamacare since the exchanges open October 1. They will provide an online shopping experience for health insurance services.

Expect to see more advertisements about the exchanges in coming weeks. This week's Business First has an in-depth look at what to expect, with a whole section dedicated to healthcare reform.

Healthcare is big business. This week's Business First also ranks area healthcare systems. Together, the local systems generate $3.5 billion in revenue.

Here's a look at the top five. Kaleida Health is first, followed by Catholic Health, then ECMC, the VA of WNY and Upper Allegheny Healthcare System at number five.

You can get the complete list in this week's Business First.
