A Canadian developer from Hamilton is taking control of the Hotel Niagara. A report in today's Business First shows how Harry Stinson is pledging to bring the vacant, 12-story building back to its former glory. Stinson has tackled several historic redevelopment projects in Southern Ontario. He bid on the Hotel Niagara in April, but his bid fell short. He is working on possible public sector incentives.

Fall weather is here and that means it's time for apple cider. Mayer Brothers bottles that and more at its its West Seneca facility. A report in today's Business First shows how Mayer Brothers formed a second company to come out with a new line of hard cider called McKenzie's.
