Brown Electric has officially moved from its longtime home in the city of Tonawanda to Pendleton.
The industrial and commercial contractor is occupying a newly-constructed 8,500-square-foot building on Campbell Boulevard. The project, which was aided by an incentive package from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency, had a $500,000 development price tag.
With the move, Brown is consolidating all of its operations into the new building and hopes to hire at least 10 new workers.
The new building includes a warehouse, expanded office space and shop operations.
The 30-year-old company is a certified Women's Business Enterprise.
