A new attraction could be headed to Youngstown. A new rival to Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours, Niagara Jet Adventures, is trying to get incentives from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency. The company wants to provide boat tours leaving from Youngstown. They're working with area businesses on package deals. A Business First report says the $898,000 project could create 11 full-time jobs. The NCIDA will consider tax breaks next month. Also on the docket are plans to develop an 11-room, boutique hotel in downtown Niagara Falls.

Round 3 ends July 1st.
The final local round starts the next day. Then local companies compete with national businesses.
