East Amherst, N.Y. (WKBW) - Holistic Wellness Coach Patti Green said getting healthy takes effort but can be made a bit easier with some guidance.

"I work with busy executives and busy moms, try to help them make small steps to get them back on track," Green said.

Patty uses her knowledge and passion for healthy living to help others.

"I teach people to do the detox themselves and help them get on their way to healthy living," Green said.

The detox starts with natural juices, which she makes herself. Patti teamed up with Hive Gym in East Aurora and that is where we shot this story, but she rents space a local church where she makes her healthy juice. She said they can help you body from the inside out.

"When you are in a state of an unhealthy situation, your body is out of whack because your PH levels are acidic. To improve it, you have to increase fruits and veggies and we have a variety of juices that help you do that," Green said.

Patti said you also must eat leafy greens and a lot of fruits and veggies. Working out is another important step in changing your mind and body.

Carol Kobrin said she lost 13 pounds in two weeks but she says there's more.

"I really like it. It made me feel good. I slept a lot better, too. That really surprised me," Carol Kobrin said.
