A report in this week's Business First shows how the deal for naming rights is likely worth $1 million annually. The report says the name change opens new marketing opportunities for the Sabres and First Niagara, since both sides want to expand outside Western New York. The Sabres hope to tie into First Niagara's customer base with specialized promotions. First Niagara gets exclusive advertising rights among financial institutions inside the arena.

A report in this week's Business First says ten people will be covered for for residential treatment of opiate addictions, under a pilot program that could lead to a permanent benefit for BCBS members. Windsong Radiology Group is known for breast imaging for women. Now it is expanding services for men, with specialty MRI treatment for prostate conditions, that are noninvasive and call for less biopsies.
