Former Buffalo Bills quarterback JP Losman has finally put his Oakland Place home up for sale.

Losman is asking $710,000 for the circa 1900 home he purchased nearly seven years ago. The house has 2,880 square feet and is being listed by MJ Peterson Real Estate Corp.

A former first round draft choice, Losman was cut by the Bills after the 2008 season. He has since played for other National Football League teams including the Miami Dolphins in the 2011 season.
