According to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office, Trusso, though his Flanders Venture LLC affiliate, sold the complex at 585 Niagara Street to Jergo LLC for $285,000.
The property features 9 apartments and an office for the Jackson-Hewitt firm. The apartments are fully leased.
Located at the corner of Niagara and Jersey streets, the building dates back to the 1930s.
Cory Haqq, a broker with Hastings Cohn Real Estate, who represented Trusso, said several parties looked at the building.
"There was always some level of interest but this was the case of the right buyers stepping up at the right time," Haqq said.
Trusso had originally listed the property with a $325,000 asking price.
Jergo was represented by Pierre Wallinder and Todd Vanderlip from RealtyEdge.
