$70 million investment

Delaware North is giving Boston's TD Garden a $70 million makeover. Renovations will begin this spring. TD Garden is home to the Boston Bruins, owned by Delaware North chairman Jeremy Jacobs. It's also home to the Boston Celtics. The work is on top of $20 million the Jacobs and Delaware North have invested in TD Garden renovations in recent years.

The value of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is evident. Investor Nick Sinatra adding to his real estate portfolio, buying 191 North, near the medical campus for $1.39 million. Sinatra said he plans to invest "a few thousand dollars" renovating the building and will be marketing the space to those looking for a presence at the nearby medical campus. The building already houses a number of medical-based tenants.
