A Buffalo Police Officer has been ordered to 50 hours community services for getting in a fight with a West Seneca teenager.

Richard Hy pleaded guilty Friday morning to Disorderly Conduct. The officer was originally charged with Harassment and Obstruction of Breath for the fight last September.

Hy has been suspended while the case was pending. He will now meet with the Buffalo Police Commissioner to go over the next steps.

Hy made headlines last year for violating the Buffalo Police Department's social media policy.
