A 29-year-old Buffalo man is in serious condition after an overnight shooting.
Buffalo Police say the shooting happened just after 2 a.m. in the 700 block of Bailey Avenue.
According to police, the man was hit by gunfire as he was walking towards his vehicle.
He was taken to Erie County Medial Center by ambulance.
