Buffalo Police now know the name of the 25-year-old man who was fatally shot early Saturday morning.
Officers say Curtis Byers of Buffalo was shot just before 2:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Sherman Street.
According to detectives, Byers was shot multiple times and died at the scene.
