30-year-old Frank Bredt Jr. has been arraigned, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

Police say on January 11th around 3:30 a.m., Buffalo Police and Buffalo Fire responded to a Manhattan Avenue house fire. 28-year-old Elisabeth Bell's body was found on the second floor of the home where the fire started. Officials alleged Bredt started a fire that fatally burned Bell.

Earlier this year, a GoFundMe was set up for Bell. Relatives asked for money to help pay for her memorial and set up a college fund for her daughter, Isabella.

Bredt was arraigned at ECMC and is still being held at the hospital.

He faces up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
