A 28-year-old man is facing DWI charges after police say his vehicle failed to go around the traffic circle at Clinton Park and continued into the Park on the sidewalk, stopping just before the gazebo.
Gregory Reberholt of Ontario Street in Buffalo was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, improper turn, driving with no headlights and driving on a sidewalk.
Police say Reberholt said he "had 5 beers at a bar in NT" and his BAC was .19.
He was held on $250,000 bail.
