A Buffalo man is sentenced to 20 years for beating a man to death in Cheektowaga.
47-year-old Kevin Schwartz was in court Wednesday to admit to the crime. While committing a burglary inside 67-year-old Lawrence Cassata's home on July 6, 2015, Schwartz fatally beat the victim.
Schwartz faces 20 years in prison with five year post release supervision.
