Buffalo Double Decker Bus Tours rolls into the Queen City

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - There's a new tour in town like you've never seen before and it comes in the form of big shiny red double decker bus.

Buffalo Double Decker Bus Tours is open for business. The 1980 Leyland Olympian bus was imported directly from the United Kingdom and now calls the streets of Buffalo home.

This fun, unique bus offers a series of different tours throughout the summer, ranging from their daily Canalside Waterfront Tour and Best of Buffalo Tour to their Drunk Buffalo and Murder Mystery tours.

Owner Joel Dombrowski says, the idea all started with a trip to London and from there he mixed his love for Buffalo's history, with his love for humor and people.

"A world class city deserves a world class tour," Dombrowski said.

Dombrowski and his family are familiar with taking people places and exploring what this region has to offer. Owners of 716 Limousine, the family decided this next venture would fill a void that's been vacant for quite some time.

The new bus tours have been supported by the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation, the county, the city and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
