"Today we turn a page in Bills history," said Terry Pegula.

The Buffalo Bills owner joined representatives from New Era Cap Company Thursday to introduce the newly announced New Era Field.

New Era Cap Company and the Buffalo Bills came to a $35 million, seven-year agreement.

The talks of this deal date back five years, according to 7 Eyewitness News anchor Jeff Russo. He spoke with Buffalo Bills president Russ Brandon after the announcement. Brandon said, "Ralph Wilson was a big part of this today."

New Era president and CEO Chris Koch says this is a humbling and proud moment. He calls it one of the proudest of his 40-year career.

Crews worked Wednesday night to post a big New Era advertisement where the words "Ralph Wilson Stadium" used to be.
