Two separate shooting scenes on Buffalo's east side have resulted in "multiple victims," according to police.

Police say a man was struck by gunfire on Wood Avenue near Bailey and Walden at around 10:00 p.m. Friday. The man was rushed to ECMC. His name condition are unknown.

About thirty minutes later, police received reports of another shooting about 2.5 miles away on Roosevelt Avenue, near Kensington and Bailey, where there were multiple victims.

It is unclear exactly how many people were injured.  However, our WKBW photographer on the scene witnessed at least two people being put into an ambulance.

Gunshots were visibly noticeable in the door of one home on Roosevelt Avenue.

This is a breaking news story. More to come...
